Member Discount

All museum members receive a 10% discount in our stores. Please email ecommerce@countrymusichalloffame.org with your membership number to receive the member discount code.

Payment

When placing an order online you must use a credit card. We accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa.

Sales Tax

Sales tax is required for purchases delivered to Tennessee. Sales tax is calculated for your purchase based on the regulations for the area to which the order is being shipped.

Shipping and Handling

Customers have their choice of either USPS or UPS shipping. Rates are calculated based on shipping destination and merchandise weight/dimensions.

Restrictions may apply to bulky, long, or oversized items. International orders will incur additional shipping charges.

Most orders ship within 1-2 business days.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item in its original condition/packaging within 30 days for a full refund (less shipping costs).  Apparel cannot be washed or worn, and must be returned with tags.  Sales/gift receipts must accompany each return. We cannot accept returns of open CDs or DVDs, unless they are defective. Defective items may be exchanged for the identical item.

When returning merchandise, please send your item(s) and packing slip via an insured and prepaid method.  Be sure to include the reason for your return or exchange.  Shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable.
